Job summary

Gordon Feinblatt seeks an experienced attorney to independently negotiate personal injury claims and assist paralegals in pre-litigation matters in Maryland. The role also involves independently litigating District Court and Circuit Court personal injury cases.

Minimum 5 years of PI experience is required, with Maryland Bar active. Bar admissions in Virginia, DC, or Federal court are considered a plus. Salary ranges reflect the firm’s comprehensive compensation and benefits.

• Fluency in Korean and/or Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Active member in good standing of the Maryland Bar. Bar admissions in Virginia, DC and/or Federal Bar are a plus, but not required.

Salary Range: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 annually (The base salary range for this position is $140,000–$180,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of candidate-specific factors, including skills, relevant experience, job-related knowledge, and market considerations.)
