Qualifications

• Strong negotiation skills and experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of attorneys and case managers.
• Conduct performance evaluations for attorneys and case managers.
• Handle a personal caseload of personal injury cases from inception through resolution.
• Ensure effective case management and deadline compliance.
• Provide compassionate and effective representation to clients.
• Maintain open communication with clients regarding case progress.
• Engage in settlement negotiations with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies.
