Job summary

Rocky Mountain Personal Care-Utah in Woods Cross seeks a full-time Personal Care Team Lead to direct operations of the personal care program, ensure compliance with standards, and drive growth in the assigned area.

You will supervise aides, oversee admissions and nurse assessments, coordinate scheduling and education, support recruitment and onboarding with HR, and maintain professional, compassionate client service.

• Must possess leadership, supervisory ability and work harmoniously with staff.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and communicate policies to staff and monitor practices.
• Participate in admission decisions and in-person admissions.
• Manage visits with nurse assessments and Medicaid eligibility verification.
• Attend weekly management meetings and relay information to aides.
• Schedule monthly staff meetings and provide education and team building.
• Evaluate staff performance and apply disciplinary policies as needed.
• Ensure compassionate, quality care and supervise aides for client satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire and terminate staff; onboard new hires with HR.
