Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care Group is seeking an Entry level Personal Care Team Lead for our Woods Cross facility. The role oversees the personal care program, supervises aides, and supports marketing and growth for the local area.

The position requires High School education and involves scheduling, admissions, and payroll tasks, with up to 50% travel as applicable and a focus on delivering compassionate, quality care.

Qualifications

• Must possess leadership, supervisory ability and willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
• Must have patience, tact and willingness to deal with difficult clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop and direct overall operations of the personal care program in compliance with standards and regulations.
• Manage personal care staff and office duties; drive marketing and growth for the assigned area.
• Participate in admissions and perform in-person admissions.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll tasks, and Medicaid eligibility verifications.
• Lead weekly management meetings and communicate policy updates to aides.
• Schedule monthly staff meetings and provide education and team building.
• Evaluate performance and enforce discipline per policies.
• Ensure compassionate quality care and client satisfaction; recruit, hire and onboard staff.
• May provide direct aide care as needed and maintain professional appearance.
