Qualifications

• Minimum two years in banking or related sales position.
• Strong sales ability and exceptional customer service skills.
• Knowledge of financial products and advisory services.
• Willingness to cross-sell and refer clients to mortgage or investment specialists.

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships using bank sales processes.
• Cross-sell accounts and services.
• Assist with trust titling, beneficiaries, and small business relationships.
• Open and close the branch and open deposits; ensure disclosures are understood.
• Quote loan rates and process consumer loan applications; manage IRAs.
• Provide timely follow-up and maintain accurate client files.
