Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires active NMLS ID in good standing and transferability to North Shore Bank.
• Registration under SAFE Act of 2008 may be required; annual re-registration thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop client relationships through profiling and established bank sales processes.
• Coordinate bank resources to assist clients in achieving financial goals while offering profitable products.
• Provide excellent service to maximize client retention and deposit/loan growth.
• Engage in sales activities, cross-sell accounts and services, and refer mortgage opportunities as appropriate.
• Open/new accounts and perform deposit maintenance; quote rates and process loan applications.
• Represent the bank at community events and maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products.
