Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalency.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
• Experience in Retail Sales or Telemarketing with proven sales results.
• Strong written/verbal/organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership/supervisory ability.
• Energetic and engaging interpersonal communication skills.
• Previous experience with MS Office Suite.
• Previous banking experience or completion of ABA Banking Basics suite.
• Proficiency in daily operational procedures.
• Complete Univest University Supervisor Certificate Program and the Coaching for Performance Excellence course.
• Obtain NMLS registration.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller and platform transactions promptly, efficiently, and accurately.
• Adhere to procedures including operational and corporate customer service guidelines.
• Operate technology as required.
• Supervision of teller operations.
• Cross-sell opportunities to develop new business.
• Develop working relationships with integrated partners.
• Proactively initiate sales conversations.
• Participation and management of tele-consulting efforts.
• Learn Univest products and services and leverage bank promotions.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Univest Code of Conduct.
• Perform additional duties as required.
