The position emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and ongoing training within Univest University programs. The candidate will engage daily with clients, manage transactions, and support branch operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalency.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
• Experience in Retail Sales or Telemarketing with proven sales results.
• Strong written/verbal/organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership/supervisory ability.
• Energetic and engaging interpersonal communication skills.
• Previous experience with MS Office Suite.
• Previous banking experience or completion of ABA Banking Basics suite.
• Proficiency in daily operational procedures.
• Completion of training in SSR Suite Training.
• Proficiency in daily operational procedures.
• Complete notary training if applicable.
• Neat, professional appearance following established guidelines for appropriate dress.
• Complete the Univest University Supervisor Certificate Program and the “Coaching for Performance Excellence” course.
• Obtain NMLS registration

Responsibilities

• Perform teller and platform transactions promptly, efficiently, and accurately.
• Adhere to procedures including operational and corporate customer service guidelines.
• Operate technology as required.
• Supervise teller operations.
• Increase responsibility and signing authority.
• Identify customer needs and cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop working relationships with partners.
• Proactively initiate sales conversations.
• Participate in tele-consulting efforts.
• Learn Univest Products and Services.
• Leverage bank promotions.
• Adhere to sales flow.
• Learn daily operational procedures.
• Participate in branch activities, development and training.
• Manage and coach staff to performance levels.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Univest Code of Conduct.
• Perform additional duties as required.
