• Completion of Univest training and development programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all teller and platform transactions promptly, efficiently, and accurately
• Adhere to procedures including operational and corporate customer service guidelines
• Operate technology as required
• Supervision of teller operations
• Identify customer needs and cross sell opportunities to develop new business
• Develop working relationships with integrated partners
• Proactively initiate sales conversations
• Participation and management of tele-consulting efforts
• Learn and become proficient in Univest Products and Services
