Qualifications

• In lieu of 1 year, held Banking RM/ADP RM/ CSA I / RMBOS at Bank of America for ≥6 months.
• Strong work ethic with results focus.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients in person or by phone.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to serve consumer and small business clients.
• Educate clients on self-service transactions.
• Leverage resources to optimize client experience and accuracy.
• Follow processes and regulatory requirements in opening and maintaining accounts.
• Manage client interactions and provide customized solutions.
