PNC is seeking a Senior Personal Banker to operate within the Retail Bank organization across Treasure Coast Region branches. Bilingual Spanish preferred, in-office role with focus on delivering superior customer experiences and responsible for driving financial wellbeing through proactive sales and advisory conversations.

The role requires 4+ years of related experience, Associates degree, and ability to serve as Notary Public.

• Typically requires 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
• Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet.
• Acts as a PNC ambassador; positions PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
