Job summary

Fox Point Recruitment LLC seeks an experienced Surgery Manager to provide operational and clinical leadership across Surgical Services in Muscle Shoals, AL. This role oversees perioperative departments, leads staff, and supports safe, high-quality patient care.

The position requires current Alabama RN license, BLS, and 5+ years of leadership with 2-3 years in surgery. Onsite work with a signing bonus available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management and leadership experience.
• 2-3 years in surgery or perioperative services.
• Must relocate to Muscle Shoals, AL.
• Current Alabama RN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations across Surgical Services.
• Provide leadership for OR, Pre-Admission Testing, Central Sterile Processing, Ambulatory Services, and Endoscopy.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, resources, supplies, equipment, and budget.
• Recruit, onboard, train, supervise, and evaluate nurses and staff.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with patient safety and regulatory standards.
• Provide RN coverage when operationally needed.
