Foreside Family Dental - Newmarch St in Kittery, Maine seeks a Periodontist to provide high-quality, lifetime patient care with autonomy and a strong support team. The role includes leading the office, planning treatments, and advancing clinical skills in a state-of-the-art facility.

Salary ranges from $160,000 to $205,000 per year, with a competitive salary based on qualifications. Training travel is required monthly for the first year, with hours Monday–Thursday and detailed discussion in

Qualifications

• Licensed dentist with DMD or DDS from an accredited program.
• Completion of a postdoctoral periodontal program is required.
• Current dental license in the state of hire and ABP certification are required.
• ABP certification preferred; 2+ years clinical experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat gum disease and bone-related issues; perform dental implant placements.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and provide preventative care tailored to patient needs.
• Lead the dental office team; align daily schedules, procedures, and patient load.
• Assist with assessing P&L reports and managing office dynamics; support operations.
• Continuously improve clinical skills through exclusive training and networking.
