• Licensed dentist with DMD or DDS from an accredited program.
• Completion of a postdoctoral periodontal program is required.
• Current dental license in the state of hire and ABP certification are required.
• ABP certification preferred; 2+ years clinical experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat gum disease and bone-related issues; perform dental implant placements.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and provide preventative care tailored to patient needs.
• Lead the dental office team; align daily schedules, procedures, and patient load.
• Assist with assessing P&L reports and managing office dynamics; support operations.

Pay

Requirements

• License & Certification: Licensed dentist
• Education: DMD or DDS degree from an accredited program.
• Specialization: Completion of a postdoctoral periodontal program.
• Certification: Current dental license in the state of hire and American Board of Periodontology certification.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is a plus, but not required.
• Skills: Strong work ethic, manual dexterity, excellent communication skills, and a personable chair-side manner.
• Training Commitment: Ability to travel overnight for training sessions once a month during the first year of employment.
