Bedi Dental Group is seeking a highly skilled Periodontist to join our established Vermont practice in Colchester. This role offers autonomy and support to deliver comprehensive care within a multi-specialty, patient-focused setting.

Ideal candidates are experienced, communicate well, and build strong relationships with patients and staff. The office emphasizes a high-end, fee-for-service model and a path toward equity partnership.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree with perio residency required.
• Board certification in periodontics required.
• State licensure to practice dentistry not optional.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat periodontal disease.
• Perform surgical procedures such as gum grafts, crown lengthening, and implants.
• Evaluate and manage patient care with complex medical histories.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans with patients.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care.
• Collaborate with General Dentists and other specialists.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide non-surgical therapies including scaling and root planing.
