Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC is hiring for a Performance Test Engineer to design, execute and optimize load tests using NeoLoad and LoadRunner. The role requires migrating scripts from LoadRunner to NeoLoad, integrating with Selenium for end-to-end validation, and applying best practices in performance testing across servers, networks, virtualization, and databases.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in performance testing, experience with Jira and Datadog, and a strong SDLC/Agile

Qualifications

• Current health insurance customer experience.
• Experience migrating LoadRunner scripts to NeoLoad.
• Solid understanding of server, network, virtualization and database concepts.
• AWS experience.
• Migration support from LoadRunner to NeoLoad.
• 5 years of performance testing experience.
• Experience with Tricentis NeoLoad and LoadRunner.
• Experience with Selenium integration with NeoLoad.
