Job summary
Ttcglobal is seeking a NeoLoad Consultant to lead and deliver performance testing services. This role requires expertise in NeoLoad, developing performance test strategies, and mentoring QA personnel.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in Software Development or Performance Engineering and at least 3 years of hands-on NeoLoad experience. Strong communication and analytical skills are important for success in this role, which can be performed in a hybrid work environment.
Qualifications
- Seven or more years of experience in Software Development, Quality Assurance, or Performance Engineering.
- Three or more years of hands-on NeoLoad performance testing experience required.
- Maximo or utilities industry experience is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Consult with customers to design and implement performance testing activities using NeoLoad.
- Develop performance test plans, scripts, and execution strategies.
- Execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.
