Job summary

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, hands-on coding, and proactive testing to ensure system reliability and scalability in a dynamic services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• Experience in performance testing and performance engineering is essential.
• Experience in load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing, plus test data management.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements parts and guide design discussions for software solutions.
• Facilitate design discussions and document decisions to support development.
• Participate in coding and integrate features while maintaining stability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training, documentation, and support frameworks for new apps.
• Resolve production issues and recommend preventive reliability measures.
• Maintain records of code, testing approaches, and support activities.
