Zabota is hiring a Senior Performance Media Buyer to lead paid media strategy for multiple DTC/eCommerce brands. You will manage high-budget campaigns, optimize attribution and creative performance, and collaborate with a Creative Strategist and leadership team on scaling profitable growth.

The role is fully remote and requires strong analytical skills, data-driven decision making, and experience with Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and Axon (AppLovin).

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on performance media buying experience.
• Personally managed and scaled $300,000–$500,000+ in monthly ad spend.
• Advanced Meta Ads bidding strategies and scaling.
• Experience with TikTok, Pinterest, and Axon (AppLovin).

Responsabilités

• Own and scale Meta Ads campaigns across multiple DTC brands with $300k–$500k+ monthly spend.
• Execute advanced bidding strategies and scale to $10k+ daily spend.
• Analyze performance across platforms to guide budget allocation and growth.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategist to optimize creative performance.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and reporting.
