Job summary

Scholastic is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager for Book Fairs in New York. You will lead growth marketing initiatives to optimize Revenue Per Fair, drive Scholastic Dollars redemption, and scale eWallet adoption among families and teachers.

You will oversee multi-channel campaigns, collaborate with Product, Digital Services, and Creative teams, and use data-driven insights to maximize ROI while advancing Scholastic's literacy mission.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including growth marketing and digital campaign management.
  • 2-4+ years of experience with people management and team direction
  • Experience with audience definitions, segmentation capabilities and 1P/2P/3P data strategies preferred.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies, campaigns and tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on storytelling and relationship building.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with lifecycle, email and CRM systems and strategies preferred.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in hands-on keyboard execution, including paid media, platform optimizations and budget management preferred.
  • Passion for children's literacy and commitment to Scholastic's mission.

## Senior Performance Marketing ManagerApplylocations: New York, New Yorktime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: R15461# **Job Description:****Position Overview:**As the Senior Performance Marketing Manager for Book Fairs you will play a crucial role in driving the redemption and perceived value of Scholastic Dollars through innovative marketing strategies, adoption and growth of the Share The Fair Program, and the scaling and utilization of eWallets by parents and families.
