Job summary

Theori is seeking an experienced performance and demand-gen marketer to own our paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and retargeting. You will also own HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, and the Xint website, driving pipeline and revenue with data-driven decisions.

You’ll test new channels, optimize conversions, and collaborate with sales and product teams. Remote work from the US/Canada, with equity in a growing security tech company.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in performance, growth, or demand gen marketing, with at least 4 in B2B SaaS.
• Direct, hands-on management of paid budgets, including LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
• Expert-level HubSpot: built workflows and lead scoring and attribution reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own paid campaign execution end-to-end across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting.
• Test new paid channels and scale effective ones.
• Run structured A/B tests and document results.
• Own HubSpot Marketing Hub: forms, landing pages, lists, segments, nurture workflows.
• Own lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and MQL-to-SQL handoff with Sales.
• Own the Xint website updates and landing pages for campaigns and events.
• Run CRO on demo requests and own on-page SEO, site speed, GA4, and GTM.
• Build dashboards and attribution reporting tying spend to pipeline and revenue.
