Maximus is seeking a Senior Performance Engineer to lead performance testing across large healthcare technology programs. This remote role partners with cross-functional teams to define NFRs, design load scenarios, and validate scalability and reliability in cloud-native environments.

Responsibilities include developing testing frameworks, integrating tests into CI/CD, mentoring engineers, and communicating risks to stakeholders.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 5+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of performance testing and engineering for large-scale web, mobile, and digital applications, APIs, and microservices.
• Strong experience with REST/GraphQL/SOAP and HTTP/WS protocols.

Mansioni

• Lead performance testing activities: planning, workload modeling, test design, scripting, execution, analysis, and reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to establish NFRs and performance targets across systems.
• Design and execute load, stress, endurance, and capacity tests.
• Develop workload models from production usage data and publish performance reports.
• Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native testing frameworks.
• Mentor engineers and share performance engineering practices.
