Ignite Digital is seeking a highly experienced Business Performance Senior Analyst III to support a major U.S. Navy enterprise initiative, providing expert-level analytical leadership, facilitation, and guidance on performance management, data integration, and senior‑level decision support.

The ideal candidate is a recognized expert across multiple business improvement methodologies and enterprise performance frameworks, capable of advising at the highest organizational levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of strategic writing experience.
• Experience as a Senior Business Analyst on enterprise-level initiatives.
• Expert across multiple business improvement approaches and performance frameworks.
• Experience advising senior DoW leadership with executive briefs.
• Strong data management, analytics, modeling, BI, and KPI definition.
• Ability to apply DoW instructions and SECNAV directives to performance projects.
• Eligible for TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-end facilitation and advisory support for Navy initiatives.
• Guide enterprise-wide performance data identification, tracking, modeling, and integration.
• Lead as a senior technical and organizational leader at Navy level.
• Develop KPI-based performance metrics and BI products.
• Produce executive briefs and white papers for DoD audiences.
• Apply legislation and DoD instructions to senior leader projects.
• Support governance processes and decision forums.
