Ignite Digital seeks a MidLevel Financial Analyst to optimize financial planning, execution and reporting for NAVWAR and DoD programs. The role demands leadership in forecasting, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration across technical and functional teams.

Required credentials include a finance/accounting background, 5+ years of financial management experience, and strong Excel/ERP/BI tool skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, MIS, or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years of financial management experience, including 3+ years supporting NAVWAR or DoD programs.
• Strong MS Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, modeling and scenario planning.
• Proficiency with financial systems and data integration tools (ERP, BI platforms).
• Proven track record in strategic planning, risk analysis, and budget execution for complex federal programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills; translate risks into financial terms.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex monthly financial reports using standardized processes and templates, providing strategic insights.
• Monitor and analyze program spending; identify variances and implement corrective actions.
• Own and maintain execution reporting across labor rosters, burn rates, and budget lines.

We are seeking a MidLevel Financial Analyst with a strategic mindset and strong leadership presence to support and optimize financial planning, execution, and reporting for highimpact NAVWAR and PAE Mission Systems programs. This role requires a seasoned professional who can lead financial forecasting efforts, guide decisionmaking with datadriven insights, and collaborate effectively across both functional and technical teams.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Support preparation of complex monthly financial reports using standardized processes and templates, providing strategic insights that inform leadership decisions.
• Monitor and analyze program spending, proactively identifying variances and recommending corrective actions to maintain alignment with financial targets.
• Own and maintain execution reporting, ensuring accuracy across labor rosters, burn rates, and multiple budget lines.
• Develop executivelevel slide decks and tailored briefings that translate financial data into actionable intelligence for stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to program leadership, offering riskinformed financial strategies and surfacing issues before they impact program outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years of financial management experience, including 3+ years supporting NAVWAR or DoD programs.
• Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, financial modeling, and scenario planning.
• Demonstrated proficiency with financial systems and data integration tools (e.g., ERP systems, business intelligence platforms).
• Proven track record in strategic planning, risk analysis, and budget execution for complex federal programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical or operational risks into financial terms.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams with a high degree of autonomy.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active DoD SECRET clearance (preferred) or the ability to obtain one.
• Knowledge of DoD PPBE processes, federal budgets, spend planning, execution reporting, and federal appropriations lifecycle.
• Experience working with Navy ERP.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, Advana/War Data Platform (WDP), or similar reporting tools.

Salary: 90k+ dependent on experience and education.
