Title: Senior Performance Analyst Program: Program Evaluation and Quality Assurance (PEQA) Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 Program Description:The Program Evaluation and Quality Assurance (PEQA) Department designs, implements, and manages Project Renewal’s systems of performance measurement and management, quality assurance, and quality improvement. PEQA’s objective is to enhance the agency’s ability to achieve its mission by developing and facilitating processes that measurably improve the quality and effectiveness of our services and operations, and to support agency leadership in managing towards high performance.
Overall Responsibilities:The Senior Performance Analyst reports to the Senior Director of Program Evaluation and Quality Assurance and collaborates with program and agency leadership to support the use of data to improve services across the agency.
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining advanced reporting, dashboards, and data models, with a strong emphasis on building scalable data solutions, ensuring data integrity, and generating actionable insights to support program and organizational decision-making.
