Job summary

Shield Capital is seeking a senior software engineer to design and implement perception algorithms for detection, tracking, and state estimation to enable autonomous maritime navigation. You will lead sensor selection and optimize code for real-time execution on embedded platforms while mentoring other engineers.

The role requires 7+ years in software engineering with 4+ years in perception on fielded systems; expert Python and 3D geometry knowledge are essential.
