Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior Perception Engineer to join their Autonomous Systems team in Logan, Utah onsite. You will lead perception algorithms for LiDAR, radar, camera, and sensor fusion and architect real-time C++ processing pipelines in embedded environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and drive validation standards. A Bachelor's in CS/EE/Robotics with 4–7 years in perception for autonomous platforms is expected; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in CS/EE/Robotics or related field; Master's preferred.
• 4–7 years of experience in perception for autonomous vehicles or robotics.
• Proficient in C++ (C++11+) and production-grade Linux apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of perception algorithms for LiDAR, radar, camera, and sensor fusion.
• Architect real-time C++ processing pipelines for object detection, classification, tracking, and fusion in embedded environments.
• Define sensor selection criteria, integration standards, and validation processes for perception systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align perception outputs with autonomy architecture.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance.
