Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an extraordinary Senior Perception Engineer to advance autonomous driving perception capabilities. You will design end-to-end perception and AV stack solutions for traffic signal understanding, including traffic lights, signs, road markings, and construction objects.

You will lead data-driven development with large labeling teams and push for robust, low-latency deployments on embedded platforms.

Qualifications

• PhD with 4+ years, MS with 6+ years, or BS with 8+ years in CS/EE or related field.
• 2+ years in technical leadership is a big plus.
• Hands-on DL/ML development with Python/C++ and PyTorch.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end perception solutions for traffic signal understanding in AV stack.
• Develop and evaluate DL models for traffic lights, signs, road markings and signals.
• Lead data collection and labeling efforts to improve perception accuracy.
• Productize perception systems meeting safety, latency, and robustness goals.
• Collaborate with data teams and embedded platforms for real-time deployment.
