Job summary

Elegant Enterprise-Wide Solutions, Inc. is seeking a senior PeopleSoft professional with seven or more years in a technical PS role, covering analysis, configuration, programming, and administration.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in a technical PeopleSoft role including analysis, configuration, programming, and administration.
• Five or more years programming and troubleshooting with PeopleTools 8.5x or higher: Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, BI Publisher, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
• Hands-on Campus Solutions experience in higher education, including Academic Advisement, Student Records, Enrollment, Class Schedule, and Campus Community.
• SQL (Oracle) for analysis, debugging, and development.
• Web services and integrations (Integration Broker, REST, JSON).
• Full software development lifecycle experience, including requirements, fit/gap analysis, testing, and deployment, using source control and defect tracking tools.
• Ability to document technical and business requirements, processes, and user support materials.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences, facilitate working sessions, and build strong working relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• SQL (Oracle) for analysis, debugging, and development.
• Web services and integrations (Integration Broker, REST, JSON).
• Full software development lifecycle experience, including requirements, fit/gap analysis, testing, and deployment, using source control and defect tracking tools.

• Experience meeting WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience with upgrade-safe customization, PeopleSoft Update Manager, and Selective Adoption.
• Reporting and analytics experience (PS Query, BI Publisher, Pivot Grids, data extracts).
• Experience integrating PeopleSoft with advising platforms such as EAB Navigate.
• Experience working in agile or iterative delivery teams.
• Experience on federally funded projects.
• PeopleSoft or related technology certifications.
