Job summary

CBRE seeks a Senior PeopleSoft PTP consultant to implement and support our global Procure-to-Pay platform within the Richardson, TX area. You will lead end-to-end P2P lifecycle initiatives, integrate with ERP ecosystems, and drive process improvements across Purchasing, eProcurement, AP, and Expenses modules.

The role requires deep PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 P2P expertise, strong PS Tech skills, and collaboration with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft supporting or implementing P2P processes.
• Lead full lifecycle PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 P2P implementations across modules.
• Functional/tech-functional SME for global P2P operations and ERP integration.
• Deep expertise in end-to-end P2P and Travel & Expense lifecycle.
• Configure and optimize PeopleSoft modules using best practices.
• Design and support Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) solutions.
• Evaluate PUM images, upgrades, and fluid UI enhancements.
• Manage SetIDs, Business Units, ChartFields, tax rules, and pay cycles.
• Perform fit-gap, process analysis, and workshop-based design.
• Develop functional specs, interfaces, workflow designs, and tests.
• Leverage PS Query, SQL, and Application Designer for reporting and Troubleshooting.
• Strong PeopleTools knowledge including Integration Broker and BI Publisher.
• Support integrations with Oracle Cloud, Coupa, banking platforms, and more.
• Extensive experience with multi-currency and multi-entity environments.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, IT, and exec stakeholders.
• Lead SIT/UAT, regression testing, deployment, and end-user training.
• Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Understand procurement governance, SOX controls, and SoD.
• Identify automation opportunities and build scalable solutions.
• Translate complex requirements into practical PeopleSoft solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle P2P implementations and enhancements across CBRE platforms.
• Serve as functional/tech-functional SME for global P2P operations.
• Design and implement multi-level approvals, workflows, and exceptions.
• Coordinate upgrades, PUM, and regression testing with teams.
• Configure procurement controls, chartfields, and tax logic.
• Develop detailed specs, mappings, and testing documentation.
• Provide production support and continuous improvement recommendations.
