Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Integration Developer to design, build, and operate enterprise integrations connecting PeopleSoft to internal systems, cloud applications, and third-party platforms.

The role focuses on the integration layer using Integration Broker, API design patterns, and strong PeopleCode/SQL skills. You will work with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers to deliver production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 8+ years of PeopleSoft development experience, with a focus on Integration Broker.
• Experience designing REST and SOAP web services in PeopleSoft.
• Solid PeopleCode and Application Engine experience.
• Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Experience with WS-Security, OAuth2.
• Strong SQL skills with the PeopleSoft data model.
• Familiarity with middleware platforms (OIC, MuleSoft, Boomi) is a strong plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate enterprise integrations connecting PeopleSoft to internal systems, cloud apps, and third-party platforms.
• Focus on the integration layer: service operations, queues, routings, transformations, security configurations, and error handling.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders; mentor junior engineers.
