Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a highly experienced PeopleSoft Integration Consultant for a fully remote role in the United States. The ideal candidate will design, build, and operate enterprise integrations using PeopleSoft Integration Broker, with strong PeopleTools knowledge and API design patterns.

Collaboration with product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders is essential for durable, production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of PeopleSoft development experience with Integration Broker.
• Hands-on REST and SOAP web services development in PeopleSoft.
• Solid PeopleCode and Application Engine experience.
• Proficiency with XML, XSLT, and JSON, and web service security standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and build integration scenarios using PeopleSoft Integration Broker.
• Develop synchronous and asynchronous integrations via REST and SOAP services.
• Create transformations with XSLT, Application Engine, and PeopleCode handlers.
• Configure security on inbound/outbound services (WS-Security, OAuth2).
• Implement robust error handling, monitoring, and retry workflows.
• Lead migrations to standardized Integration Broker patterns with reversible steps.
• Optimize high-volume integrations through queue tuning and parallel processing.
• Integrate PeopleSoft with Oracle Cloud, Workday, ServiceNow and middleware.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and runbooks for support and onboarding.
• Provide post-go-live support, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical reviews.
