Responsibilities

• Support PeopleSoft HCM/Payroll implementation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Validate payroll processes, troubleshoot issues, and document results.
• Develop queries, test scripts, job aids, and training materials.
• Provide business process and change management support during rollout.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth conversion, cutover, and training.
