Sierra-Cedar seeks a motivated PeopleSoft HCM Payroll Technical Developer Consultant with 5+ years of Hands-on PeopleSoft HCM technical development, focusing on Payroll for North America, including customizations, integrations, reports, interfaces, and enhancements. This role supports Higher Education clients in a consulting environment.

You will lead design and delivery, own key deliverables, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with project teams, while traveling about 30% nationwide

Qualificações

5+ years of PeopleSoft HCM technical development experience.
Strong experience with Payroll for North America.
Experience supporting Higher Education institutions preferred.
Ability to travel ~30% nationwide and work remotely from home in the United States.

Responsabilidades

Design, develop, test, implement and support PeopleSoft Payroll solutions.
Perform technical design, custom development, integrations, reporting, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
Lead deliverables and provide technical leadership while serving as a trusted advisor to clients.
