Job summary

RICEFW Technologies Inc is seeking a GL Staff Aug resource with extensive PeopleSoft FIN 9.2 expertise, especially in General Ledger and Commitment Control, to join the functional team with strong troubleshooting and reporting skills.

The role is on-site (5x week, local candidates preferred) and requires on-call support 24/7. Responsibilities include GL journal processing, cross-module integration, budgeting, and lifecycle testing across related modules.

Qualifications

• Extensive expertise in PeopleSoft FIN 9.2, within GL and KK.
• Broad knowledge of cross-module integration (GL, AP, AR, Purchasing, Billing, Travel & Expense).
• Advanced technical proficiency in PeopleSoft development and troubleshooting.
• Proficient with PS Query.
• Experience with production support and incident management.
• Lifecycle testing across GL journal posting, vouchering, AR processing.
• Ability to lead functional design discussions and walkthroughs.
• Experience with a large Government enterprise solution is desired.

Responsibilities

• Work on the functional team with strong PeopleSoft development and troubleshooting skills.
• Manage GL journals, budgets, and chartfields; configure new business units.
• Work with external applications and PeopleSoft architectures.
• Utilize Application Designer and PS Query for reporting and config.
• Lead design discussions and walkthroughs of technical solutions.
• Provide on-call support and incident management; ensure end-to-end processes.
