Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Engineer to design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements for PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions. The role focuses on building robust PeopleSoft solutions using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and Application Designer.

You will optimize SQL performance, support upgrades, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable production support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
• Hands-on experience with SQR, BI Publisher, and SQL.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and AWE.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop PeopleSoft customizations using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and Application Designer.
• Build Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker services, and File Layouts.
• Develop SQR, BI Publisher, and AWE workflows.
• Optimize SQL performance and support PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.
• Collaborate with functional teams, perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support.
• Maintain technical documentation and mentor junior developers.

Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)

Salary Range: $100,000-$150,000 Annually

Experience Required: 6+ years

• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP , Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or Fluid UI.
• Familiarity with Oracle Database administration.
