Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Technical Developer for a 100% remote U.S. position. You will design, develop, and support customizations and integrations across HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of PeopleSoft development, strong PeopleTools and Application Engine skills, and a solid track record delivering enterprise-grade solutions. This role offers a direct W2 with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode.
• Experience with Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
• Experience with SQR and BI Publisher.
• Strong SQL skills and knowledge of the PeopleSoft data model.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions data structures.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.
• Working knowledge of Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

• Five or more years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode.

• Strong SQL skills and experience with the PeopleSoft data model.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions data structures.

Preferred Qualifications

• PeopleSoft certifications.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP integration scenarios.
• Exposure to Fluid UI development.
• Familiarity with Oracle DBA fundamentals.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for PeopleSoft integrations.
