Job summary

CORT, a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary, is seeking a full-time PeopleSoft Developer in Dallas, TX. The role is primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings in Austin or Dallas.

You will design, develop, test, and support a highly customized PeopleSoft environment using PeopleTools and related technologies. Requirements include at least five years of hands-on PeopleSoft development, strong PeopleCode, SQL, and experience with integrations and batch processing.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of hands-on PeopleSoft application development experience using PeopleTools.
• Proficiency with PeopleCode and core PeopleTools technologies.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases and performance troubleshooting.
• Experience with integrations, APIs or web services, batch processing, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design solutions that fit the PeopleSoft architecture and standards.
• Develop, test, document, implement, and support custom PeopleSoft applications and enhancements.
• Create and maintain integrations between PeopleSoft and internal or third-party platforms.
• Develop and support batch processes, data conversions, and reports.
• Troubleshoot issues across development, QA, and production environments.
• Participate in PeopleTools upgrades, patching, and regression testing.
• Apply secure coding, source control, and change management practices.
