Job summary

CORT is seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Developer to join its Austin, TX team. This full-time role is primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings in Austin or Dallas.

You will analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and support a highly customized PeopleSoft environment built with PeopleTools. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft development, strong PeopleCode/PeopleTools skills, and experience with integrations, batch processes, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of hands-on PeopleSoft development using PeopleTools.
• Proficiency with PeopleCode and key PeopleTools technologies (Application Designer, Application Engine, Integration Broker, PS Query, Process Scheduler).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases and performance troubleshooting.
• Experience with integrations, APIs or web services, batch processing, and production support.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design solutions aligned with PeopleSoft architecture and standards.
• Develop, test, and support custom PeopleSoft applications and enhancements using PeopleTools.
• Create and maintain PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker services, and related components.
• Develop and support batch jobs, data conversions, and reports using PeopleSoft tooling.
• Troubleshoot issues across development to production environments and ensure secure coding and deployment practices.
