Job summary

Business Needs Inc. seeks a skilled PeopleSoft Admin in Dallas, TX to manage PeopleSoft environments, application servers, and scheduler processes. You will handle integration points, database connectivity, and middleware components while ensuring security and performance across Linux/Unix or Windows Server platforms.

The ideal candidate has hands-on PeopleSoft and PHIRE experience, strong SQL skills, and a track record of monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining complex PeopleSoft setups.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Administration and PHIRE applications.
• Strong administration skills for Application Server, Process Scheduler and Web Server.
• Experience with Oracle Database, SQL, and connectivity in Linux/Unix or Windows Server environments.
• Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic/Tuxedo and PeopleSoft middleware components.
• Experience with environment cloning, refreshes, and maintenance activities.
• Understanding of PeopleSoft security, monitoring, and troubleshooting tools.
