• 2+ years consulting with clients across roles and seniorities.

Responsibilities

• Consult clients to frame problems and design solutions to improve the associate experience.
• Design programs and measurement strategies; validate outcomes.
• Partner across Capital One to design experiments and drive data-informed decisions.
• Analyze program impact and present insights to stakeholders.
