Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or Behavioral Science.
• 1 year of I/O psychology or behavioral science work experience.
• 1 year of data analysis experience using R, Python, or SQL.
• 2+ years of consulting with clients at varying levels and technical backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to frame problems and design solutions to improve the associate experience.
• Design measurement and validation programs for partners.
• Collaborate with Capital One teams to run experiments understanding drivers of behavior.
• Analyze program impact and generate actionable, data-driven insights.
