Job summary

You will drive HR programs, lead performance and pay planning, and focus on employee relations and labor relations to enhance workplace outcomes.

The role reports to the Director, People Partner and is based in Oakland with hybrid work options. Travel within PG&E’s service territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
• 8 years of HR generalist experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and travel within PG&E service territory.
• Experience working with senior leaders and influencing executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative problem-solving to address organizational challenges.
• Lead People-centric program delivery including Performance Management, Pay Planning, Succession Planning, Employee Relations and Labor Relations.
• Create partnerships across the People function to deliver value-added services.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with people’s initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
