Job summary

MoonPay is seeking a Senior People Partner specializing in Acquisitions to own the people workstream across every deal. You will manage due diligence, TUPE, and post‑close integration, ensuring acquired teams adapt to MoonPay's culture and operating model.

This high‑impact, high‑visibility role sits at the intersection of People, Legal, Finance, and Strategy, across US, UK, EU and beyond. Based in New York, you’ll also provide generalist HR support across the lifecycle where needed.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a People Partner, HRBP, or People Ops with hands-on M&A involvement.
• Knowledge of TUPE regulations and transfer-of-employment frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven track record designing and executing people integration plans for acquired companies.
• Expertise in employment law across geographies and ability to mitigate people risk in deals.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in high-pressure deal environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the due diligence for acquisitions, assessing headcount, contracts, compensation, benefits, and people risk.
• Design and execute end-to-end integration plans for acquired teams and harmonise policies.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, IT and M&A teams throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Own employee communications, FAQs, and integration updates that are clear and on-brand.
• Support benchmarking and harmonisation of compensation and benefits across entities.
