Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience as a People Partner supporting technical orgs like Product, Engineering or Operations.
• Experience through high-growth, scale, or post-merger integration with teams.
• Ability to translate business priorities into people strategy and build scalable programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic People Partner for Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Build trusted partnerships with leaders.
• Embed in planning cycles to anticipate people-related challenges.
• Navigate employee relations with judgment and coach leaders on decisions.
• Build scalable People programs using AI/automation.
• Deliver integrated solutions with the People function as org grows.
• Champion AI adoption and change management.
• Use data to identify trends and improve organizational effectiveness.
