Qualifications

• 15+ years of HR business partner/senior management experience in a people-related function.
• 5+ years of people management experience in HR.
• 5+ years leading HR at a global technology-oriented company.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult with senior leaders across Google Cloud to create a comprehensive people plan that enables an AI-first future, and drives key outcomes for an enterprise customer base.
• Offer thought leadership regarding future-proof organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
• Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions, leveraging new tools as they become available.
• Solve complex problems and design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solutions.
• Provide expertise with a focus in the following areas: organizational effectiveness, coaching, talent management, leadership effectiveness, organizational transformation and performance management, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.
