Qualifications

• Experience supporting multi-shift or hourly workforce environments.
• Experience implementing or improving HR processes and SOPs across multiple locations.

This position is open to applicants or individuals who are located in or around Dallas, Texas and able to work onsite.

The Role

The Senior People Partner is a trusted advisor and strategic business partner to our Distribution Center leadership teams. This role blends operational execution with strategic people partnership—ensuring our sites are compliant, engaged, and high-performing.

You’ll partner closely with the Regional HR Manager, Site Directors, and broader People Team to support employee relations, performance management, onboarding, compliance, and leadership coaching. You’ll also play a key role in process improvement and knowledge enablement through toolkits, playbooks, training programs for People Partners across the network.

What You’ll Do

People Partnering & Employee Experience

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Site Directors and leadership teams on all people-related matters.
• Lead employee relations investigations, disciplinary actions, and coaching discussions with professionalism and compliance.
• Analyze site-level engagement and turnover trends; recommend and implement action plans to improve retention.
• Support onboarding, new hire orientation, and employee engagement programs that reinforce Cart.com’s values and culture.
• Support multi-site management across 6 sites across TX, AZ, and CA.
• Oversee 250 Full Time Employees and Site Leadership.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, maintaining strong documentation and reporting practices.
• Track, document, and manage management trainings, e.g., safety, leadership, onboarding, promotional.
• Partner with Legal and Regional HR to implement consistent compliance and performance practices across sites.
• Maintain site-level audit readiness and participate in periodic internal reviews.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

Onsite: Homebase out of Dallas or Terrell Distribution Center

• Weekly: 50% Terrell, 50% Dallas

Travel: 25%; 1 per Month Longview, 1 per Quarter or as business needs Austin, CA, AZPhysical Demands: The position may require some physical effort, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and occasional manual tasks.Environment: The work environment is indoors, but there could be exposure to varying temperatures and occupational noise levels.
