Job description

About Vega

The $250B insurance claims industry runs on fax machines, phone tag, and adjusters buried in paperwork. Cycle times stretch for months. Data is locked in legacy systems. And the workforce is aging out faster than it's being replaced.

  • Develop management capabilities across leadership, accountability, employee development, and team effectiveness

  • Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, management capacity, and spans of control as teams scale

  • Analyze attrition and engagement trends to identify risks and improve retention across the organization

  • Partner with the Founding Talent Lead on performance cycles, talent reviews, career frameworks, and leveling

  • Support compliance across employment matters, leave, accommodations, and documentation

  • Partner across Talent and People Operations to build scalable people practices and employee experiences

  • Ability to use people data to identify trends and inform decisions

  • Exposure to job architecture, leveling, or compensation frameworks, or a genuine interest in building them

  • Excellent communication, judgment, discretion, and relationship-building skills

  • A hands-on mindset, with the ability to build and execute scalable processes

Benefits
