Job summary

Shield AI in the Washington, DC area is seeking a Senior PX Program Manager to drive delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of high-impact people initiatives across the organization.

You will partner with PX leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and execute complex programs that enhance organizational effectiveness, elevate the employee experience, and align with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years leading complex programs, transformation, or organizational change efforts.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong planning, governance, risk management, and execution skills across multiple workstreams.
• Hands-on change management experience including communications, training, and reinforcement plans.
• Experience with PX/HR initiatives like performance management or employee experience programs.
• Ability to use data and KPIs to inform design, decision-making, and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, execution, and ongoing management of complex PX initiatives and cross-functional programs.
• Define program scope, milestones, timelines, risks, dependencies, and success measures with PX leaders.
• Maintain integrated program plans and operating rhythms, monitor progress, and manage risks.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase clarity, speed, or quality.
