Greenfield Global Inc. in Brookfield, CT, is seeking a Senior People & Culture Generalist to deliver a best-in-class employee experience across multiple sites. You will partner with leaders and employees to live our culture, values, and programs.

Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Manager, you will guide day-to-day HR, support onboarding through offboarding, and drive engagement, performance, and recognition initiatives while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
4+ years of progressive Human Resources / People & Culture experience.
Strong knowledge of employment practices, policies, and employment legislation.
Ability to navigate sensitive situations with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience supporting both employees and leaders in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

Serving as the primary P&C contact for a designated employee population across multiple sites.
Providing day-to-day guidance and support to employees and leaders.
Supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding.
Conducting 30, 60, and 90‑day check-ins to strengthen engagement and retention.
Partnering with managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent initiatives.
Supporting compensation, talent review, and annual performance processes.
Coordinating employee recognition programs, celebrations, and engagement activities.
Managing leave administration and accommodation processes.
Conducting new hire orientation and ensuring a welcoming onboarding experience.
Maintaining compliance with applicable employment legislation and company policies.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee and manager experience
Partnering with People & Culture Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent, people-focused solutions
